BECOME A LEGACY SOCIETY MEMBER
Members of the Legacy Society have named Saint John’s as a beneficiary in their estate plans. You are invited to become a member by assigning a bequest or designating a planned gift to any fund that speaks to your passion in life.
Many residents of Saint John’s have at their fingertips a unique and effortless way to make a lasting statement of support through a residency contract refund gift. A percentage of the entrance fee paid upon move-in is refundable upon death or move-out. This refund, or any portion of it, can be directed to Saint John’s Communities Foundation with a simple beneficiary assignment form available through the Office of Philanthropy. An attorney is not required, nor is a change to an existing estate plan.
