SAINT JOHN'S COMMUNITIES FOUNDATION FUNDS
The Foundation is a charitable organization with a purpose to solicit, hold, manage, invest and expend endowed funds to benefit Saint John’s Communities and to support its programs and activities.
SUPPORT OUR FUNDS
ALBERT O. NICHOLAS CHAPEL MUSIC FUND and ALBERT O. NICHOLAS CHAPLAINCY FUNDS
Assure there will be a full-time Episcopal Chaplain on staff on the campus at Saint John’s On The Lake along with appropriate music at Episcopal services held in the Chapel of Saint John the Evangelist
DIRECTORS FUND FOR CHARITABLE CARE
Allows residents of Saint John’s to maintain their residence when their personal resources can no longer fully cover their residency costs
GENERAL FUND (UNRESTRICTED)
Supports the general budget of Saint John’s.
COMMUNITY IMPACT FUND
Builds capacity of organizations in the wider Milwaukee community by supporting the creation of lasting solutions to the negative consequences of poverty, discrimination and chronic health conditions among older adults.
GARDEN & NATURE FUND
Supplements the operating budget for the maintenance and enhancement of the gardens, landscaping, outdoor lighting and such natural amenities on campus such as the bee project and the butterfly garden.
FUND FOR THE VISUALLY IMPAIRED
Provides annual grant awards to organizations in Southeastern Wisconsin providing services to or for older adults with visual impairment.
EDUCATIONAL FUNDS
LLOYD LEWIS FELLOWSHIP FUND
Provides licensed health care staff with additional financial resources to attain certification or complete training in best practices in health care services for older adults.
SCHOLARSHIP FUND
Provides employee scholarship awards for those who seek to advance their learning, complete certifications or expand professional skills at accredited educational institutions.
ANGELA TITUS FUND FOR EDUCATION RELATED TO COGNITIVE LOSS
To honor the memory of Angela Titus, Dementia Specialist and LifeStreams Manager, the fund provides financial resources for the education and training of employees, residents and resident families to foster a supportive, inclusive environment for individuals with cognitive loss to live and fully participate in community life.

LIFESTREAMS PROGRAM FUND
Provides flexibility and variety in programming emphasizing the emotional, environmental, intellectual, occupational, physical, social and spiritual aspects of living well.
BILL & CHAR JOHNSON MUSIC FUND
Honoring the memory of Albert O. Nicholas, friend of the Johnsons and benefactor of Saint John’s, this fund supports semi-classical concerts by professional musicians.
ALICE & JIM NELSON CHORAL MUSIC FUND
Honors the memory of Jim Nelson and supports choral music performances on the campus by professional vocal groups.
JEAN B. TYLER PROGRAM FUND
Honors the memory of Jean B. Tyler, Tower Resident Council Chair, providing programs of an educational nature focused primarily on the discussion of policy issues of a local, regional, statewide, national or international nature.
BELA & JULIE MAROTI OPERA FUND
Funds annual performances by the Florentine Opera Company on the campus of Saint John’s.
BILL & NICOLE TEWELES ENTERTAINMENT FUND
Honors the memory of Bill Teweles and sponsors programs featuring live theater, film screenings and visual arts-related exhibits.
PHYLLIS WAGONER CHAMBER MUSIC SERIES FUND
Given by her children, the fund honors the memory of Phyllis Wagoner and supports presenting chamber music performances by Milwaukee Symphony musicians on the campus of Saint John’s.
