Surprising Findings, Saint John’s resale shop and online Etsy site, serves multiple purposes. The shop accepts lightly used household items from residents who are downsizing, or just spring cleaning, as well as used appliances and cabinets when Saint John’s refurbishes apartments. It provides meaningful work for a dedicated team of resident volunteers who intake and merchandise donations and check-out customers. Surprising Findings is a fun destination where residents and employees meet and mingle and provides employees access to lovely, reasonably priced items for their homes. And, most importantly, the proceeds from the shop support the Foundation’s Community Impact Fund!
