A dedicated Finance and Investment Committee oversees the Organization’s operating and investment activities. In addition, an independent investment advisor manages Saint John’s investment portfolio supported by an independent actuary and auditor. Saint John’s enjoys a BBB rating from Fitch Ratings, one of only two communities in Wisconsin with an investment grade rating.
